Hey! I received your review on the wig making thread, thanks! You are the VERY first person to say the thread pops, which is strange. May I ask what kind of needle you are using? I don’t have any issues with this quality polyester thread and neither does over 100 others.

Edit: problem resolved via email. She was unaware of how to properly use the thread on the machine.
